To the extent permitted by law, we may also change these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Consent to the SMS service

By opting in to the NF Cosmetics GmbH SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of NF Cosmetics GmbH to the mobile phone number you provide, even if your number is listed on a state or federal "do not call" registry. Messages may be sent via an automated dialing system or other technology.

Service-related messages may include, but are not limited to, updates, notifications, and information (e.g., about orders or your account).

No obligation to purchase

Registration for this service is voluntary and not a prerequisite for a purchase from NF Cosmetics GmbH.

Costs & Frequency

We do not charge for the service, however, your wireless carrier may charge for messages and data. Message frequency varies. Please check your wireless plan and contact your carrier with any questions. You are responsible for all charges.

Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe from the service at any time by sending the keyword STOP to Naturfactor or, where available, clicking the unsubscribe link in a text message. You will then receive a one-time confirmation of your unsubscribe. After that, no further messages will be sent unless you initiate communication again.

If you have subscribed to several SMS programs from NF Cosmetics GmbH, you must unsubscribe from each program separately, unless otherwise required by law.

Number change

We reserve the right to change the short codes or telephone numbers we use at any time and will notify you accordingly. Messages you send to old numbers (including STOP or HELP) may not be received. We assume no responsibility for unfulfilled requests in such cases.

Disclaimer

The participating mobile providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you change your number, you will need to re-register.

To the extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for failed, delayed or misdirected messages, any errors in the information transmitted or any actions resulting therefrom.
