Legal Guarantee

All goods you purchase from NATURFACTOR are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under European Union law. The following notice is mandated by the European Commission (Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960, Annex I) and is reproduced verbatim.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods?

  1. Report the problem to us as soon as possible – by email to concierge@naturfactor.life.
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as your invoice or order confirmation.

We will review your report and offer you the legally stipulated remedy – free repair or free replacement, in certain cases a price reduction or a full refund of the purchase price.

Commercial Durability Guarantee

Our products do not come with a commercial durability guarantee from the manufacturer exceeding two years. A harmonised marking ("GARAN") according to Annex II of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 is therefore not required. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
