All cosmetic products must be used within a specific timeframe. The recommended maximum usage period is indicated by an hourglass symbol. Next to the hourglass, you will find the best-before date. The quality of our products can only be guaranteed until this date. Please also note that any contamination introduced during removal from the container can affect the shelf life of our products.

No. All NATURFACTOR® products rely on the power of high-quality, natural, and innovative active ingredients that are highly effective and gentle on the skin. Aggressive and skin-irritating ingredients are not used in our products. Furthermore, we categorically reject animal testing. Since there is no globally defined standard or uniform definition for labels such as "biodynamic," "natural," or "clean," and they also say nothing about the safety or efficacy of a product, Naturfactor® avoids using these labels. For example, organic certification does not automatically guarantee the tolerability or efficacy of the ingredients. Yes. Without exception. We have never tested our products on animals and never will.

Yes, environmental protection and sustainability are important to us. We have already reduced our use of packaging materials and are working on further steps to use less packaging altogether. We have already switched from plastic packaging to glass as the raw material for our jars and bottles. In many countries and regions, glass can be disposed of and recycled through glass recycling systems. When your jar is empty, separate the plastic lid from the jar and dispose of both separately in the appropriate systems. In Germany, for example, the plastic parts of the packaging can be recycled via the yellow bag or yellow bin. Sustainability will continue to be a priority for us: We plan to further reduce the packaging sizes of our products. The paper used for our packaging, folding boxes, and inserts is FSC-certified, meaning it comes from sustainably managed forests that meet both important environmental and socio-economic requirements.

Standard shipping within Germany takes 3-5 working days.

We also offer the "EXPRESS" shipping option. With this option, the goods are delivered within 1-2 business days.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, delivery delays may unfortunately occur. We always strive to ship all orders within one business day. For orders over €1,000/USD, there may be a delay of 1-2 business days, as we need to register these with customs.

Yes. Payment by invoice is possible. Please note that the delivery address must match the billing address.
